This handmade loomed bracelet was made and designed by me. It has a length of 6 inches and a width of 3/4 inches. It has a Southwest diamond and cross design in colors of navy, green, beige, sienna, white and dark bronze. It is very light weight and very comfortable to wear. It has navy blue leather end pieces with an antique button on one end and a navy blue leather cord button loop on the other.

As you can see, I have included some photos of the process in which I made this bracelet. Not really detailed, but I think you get the picture . I line up the beads that I want to use, and put a letter under each color group of beads I'll be using. It makes the process of picking out the beads I want to use much easier. Then I thread my loom by running my thread around the metal bars at each end of the loom until I get the correct number of warp threads I want. I use a long beading needle to load the beads between the warps and run thread under and over each warp to hold the beads in place. It can be a long slow process and takes lots of patience, but I love it ! After I have finished the full length of the bracelet, I remove it from the loom. Then I make a pattern for my bracelet ends and cut out the leather. After that, I attach the button by sewing it on the leather. I then make the loop at the other end, cut a small hole in the leather and run the loop through and glue both ends. I then put a heavy metal hammering block on the ends to insure a secure bonding. That's it ! It normally takes me on average two or three days to make one bracelet working part-time. This is an original design by me.
